The Twickenham team approached Arena Consultancy to broaden their esports footprint. As the iconic stadium had already hosted the qualifying rounds of the CS:GO Major in 2018, in collaboration with the Arena team, Twickenham was keen to strengthen our existing relationship.

We worked alongside the sales and marketing teams at the stadium, to develop a strategy for attracting more business from the esports sector. This involved educating the teams on the specific requirements of esports hosting (technical / format structure/player welfare) as well as identifying potential events and tournaments that could be hosted at the stadium.

 

The ongoing roll -out has led to more esports tournaments being hosted by the Twickenham team including the GG.Bet CS:GO Challenge.
